02. Policy Guidelines

Refund processing requires a formal filing inside the set 60-day limit following your online confirmation notice.

We ask that you return any remaining systemic elements or original guides back to our central delivery department.

Note that transactional shipping fees, manual handling costs, and processing allocations are excluded from return credits.

Settlements are processed exclusively through the precise payment profile used during your encrypted checkout step.

03. Finalizing the Credit
